Phase I - Resource and Outline Plan / Target List
• collective brainstorming with all partners and our professional research team;
• database search—our up-to-date in-house database contains over 3,500 companies and 25,000+ individuals;
• selection of industry and special support files;
• identification of target companies and industry leaders; and
• development of a target list;

Phase II - Target Recruiting / Networking
• define the process (e.g. if required, Zinner & Company is in a position to conduct confidential search and will not release your company name until the appropriate time);
• identification of key selling points to attract the right candidates;
• sourcing by direct contact, referrals and confidential advertising if appropriate;
• broadcast mailing; and
• preparation of candidate information package

Phase III - Candidate Interviews / Preliminary References
• screening, interviewing and evaluation of candidates;
• selection of the long list of candidates and some preliminary reference checks;
• presentation of a long list and selection of benchmark candidates; and
• on-going communication with the candidates.

Phase IV - Client Interviews
• review the position-person matching; skills, abilities, personalities and motivation of the selected candidates;
• selection of discreet and professional location for interviews;
• interview with the candidates; and
• assessment of the fit with client, including culture;

Phase V - Final References / Selection / Negotiation
• follow-up will be completed with candidates after each interview to ensure effective
  communication is maintained on both sides and that any misunderstandings are avoided;
• appropriate time to ensure that both sides of the process are working on the same timeflow   and that both parties are kept informed of developments as they occur;
• selection of the final candidate(s);
• references will be completed in an appropriate manner including:
   - track record and performance in previous organizations
   - professional and personal strengths and areas of improvement
   - suitability for the position
   - final recommendation;
• assist with the negotiations and final offer to ensure timely agreement by both parties.
