Larry Sartor founded Sartor & Company Inc. after a lengthy career that included 22 years of senior management experience in the information technology and high technology fields.

A 1978 graduate of York University, Larry began his career in a management training program with Boston-based Digital Equipment Corporation. He subsequently worked for Xerox Canada as a major Account Manager and later in the Financial and Professional Services area of UNISYS Canada.

After holding several senior positions in sales, marketing, and general management, Larry embarked upon an entre-preneurial venture by purchasing TRITON Air Technologies, an environmental engineering and manufacturing firm. As chief executive of TRITON, over the next five years he oversaw an internal restructuring of the company and redefined its business strategy to focus on new market opportunities in Canada and in the northeastern United States. Following this assignment, Larry joined Ward Associates, a professional services and information technology staffing company. During the four years he spent with this organization, Larry was involved in business development, sales training and in staff development.

At Sartor & Company Inc., Larry focuses on developing long term business relationships with his clients and helping them to recruit candidates with the right blend of managerial, technical and leadership skills. His generalist perspective and ability to quickly define and analyze specific business issues make Larry particularly well-equipped to help clients deal with the managerial challenges associated with organizational restructuring and re-engineering of core business processes.

Larry resides in Mississauga, Ontario, with his wife and two children. In his spare time, he is involved with the Ontario Leadership Breakfast and several other Christian charitable fundraising activities. In addition to being an enthusiastic participant in various athletic and outdoor activities, Larry is an accomplished public speaker.
